Hillside Terrace Apartments

Dear Joy, we are always happy to receive a review we take each one very seriously, if they are good we know we are doing things right, and if they are bad we know we need to address those issues right away. As you are a "Former Resident" and left long before the property was sold, we respect your opinion and thoughts. I see in your review that you lived at Hillside Terrace for 2 years and absolutely loved it, so it saddens us that you made a change to your review based on an incident that was not witnessed by anyone except the parties involved, and was handled with top priority by management. As you know being a furry friend lover yourself, Hillside Terrace is extremely pet friendly. I can assure you that we make sure all of our furry friends are up to date on their shoots and licences and are friendly. I have enclosed pictures of Hillside Terrace for your benefit as you are a "Former Resident" and referred to Hillside as a "Ghetto" I thought you would like to see what Hills...

My boyfriend and I love it here! Nice quiet area and the people are so friendly. New management has been making tremendous improvements and make all the tenants feel very safe and appreciated. We love that it is pet friendly and feel much more at home and part of a community than just your average apartment complex. Patty, Paul and Bobby are very responsive and get any issues fixed right away and are so personable. We love our neighbors and can't wait to see what else is in store with all the improvements going on!

Ive been a resident at Hillside for just over 2 years. The property is pet friendly and they have dog stations located all around property. Scooby enjoys the dog park and i enjoy hanging out with my neighbors while our dogs play. The Property Managers door is always open and treats us all like family and the maintenance man resolves all issues regarding my Apartment (not there are alot) in a timely manner. Hillside is a little community jem.
